Personal data processed
We may process identity and contact details; preferences concerning the project, a residence or retail space; appointment and enquiry content; meeting and transaction records; and limited device, IP address, browser and security logs generated through use of the site. We do not request special categories of personal data.
Purposes and legal grounds for processing
Personal data is processed to respond to your request, manage pre-contractual processes, conduct appointment and sales communications, ensure security, comply with legal obligations, and establish, exercise or protect legal rights. Processing relies on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data: the necessity of processing personal data directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; the establishment, exercise or protection of a right; and legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Where required, processing is also based on your explicit consent.
How personal data is collected
Personal data is collected electronically or physically through the enquiry field on the website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, meetings at the sales office, and other communication channels you use. This notice is provided when personal data is collected; where explicit consent is required, it is obtained separately.
Transfers and retention
Personal data may be transferred, strictly for the stated purposes, to project sales teams, authorised suppliers, IT and communications service providers, advisers and public authorities authorised by law. Retention periods are determined with regard to statutory limitation periods, contractual processes and application records; expired data is erased, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.
Your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed and request information if it is;
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with that purpose;
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred;
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;
- To request erasure or destruction where the conditions under the Law are met, and notification of those actions to third parties to whom the data was transferred;
- To object to any adverse result arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems;
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
How to submit a request
You may apply in writing to the sales office or by email at bilgi@sahnedogankoy.com ↗, providing information sufficient to verify your identity and a clear description of your request. Requests will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and, depending on their nature, in any event within thirty days; if processing the request incurs an additional cost, the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
